AIR HANDLING SYSTEM

CENTRIFUGAL FANS

Being a tailored solution provider, and keeping in view the widest range of system requirements for Naval, Marine, Offshore Petroleum Oil & Gas application, we in house design & build Centrifugal Fans ranging airflow from 500 CFM to 60000 CFM.

Fans for Hazardous area applications are ATEX approved in accordance with EN 14896 for Zone-1 IIB T4. We have wide range of centrigufal fan sizes Wheel dismeter ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm, DIDW backward curved, SISW Backward curved and Plenum type, available complete in SS316L and carbon steel finished with special alloys and protective coatings. Shrouds & inlet cones are aerodynamically designed; spun inlet cones and shrouds are matched for optimum duty & efficiency.

We utilize the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software a revolutionary design tool that allows investigation of multiple design scenarios without building prototypes for every test. By applying the latest engineering methods and cutting-edge software we optimize the design and efficiency that is demanded for each application.

Quality welding is critical to fan longevity. Highly experienced & certified welders are assigned to meet the tough AWS standard D1.1 or D14.6 (Rotating machinery specification) 100% fully welded that qualifies our fans for oil & gas application.
