PLANT & POWER SDN BHD 541214-T, originally operated in Singapore as Plant & Power Engineering Pte. Ltd. before it moved its business operations to Malaysia in 1998. Later, in 2015 it underwent a corporate re-structuring where Enro Analisa Sdn. Bhd., an oil and gas service company came in and acquired 70 percent shares to become the majority shareholder.

Since then the company has been active in providing comprehensive tailored solutions of their expertise in fabrication of HVAC with analyzer house and also enclosures.

Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, Plant & Power Offshore Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is always ready to offer competitive service to industries not limited to marine and offshore but power and energy as well

Wan Makhzan Wan Hamdan, Director/MD

Wan Makhzan Wan Hamdan holds a Diploma In Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Ungku Omar, Ipoh, Perak.

He is presently the company director of Enro Analisa Sdn. Bhd. with over 17 years experience in Oil and Gas business specializing in HVAC and fire fighting equipments.

Besides, he also sits on the board of SMPL Maritime (M) Sdn. Bhd. as an Executive Director.

Mumtaz Anwar, Director (Technical)

Mumtaz Anwar holds a B.Sc Engineering M ASHRAE, Inst. Refrigerator, United Kingdom. Besides, he is also a certified Class 1 Marine Engineer.

An engineer and businessman by himself, he undoubtedly has gone a very extensive process with vast experience for more than 30 years dealing with stringent expectations from the related industries.

Among others are system design and build, commissioning, R & D and FEED projects.

Syed Shah Redza Mohd. Redza, Director (Finance)

Syed Shah Redza Mohd. Redza holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics & International relations from Washington University at St. Louis, USA and obtained his MBA in Strategy from Australian National University.

He pursued his carreer in banking and financial sector and has a wide spectrum of experience particularly in catalyzing business growth ranging from start up to public listing for 20 years.

Presently, he also sits on the board of Enro Analisa Sdn. Bhd. and SMPL Maritime (M) Sdn. Bhd. as an Executive Director together with Wan Makhzan Bin Wan Hamdan.
